This was a great experience we didn’t feel any pressure at all from Clear Quality throughout the whole process.

When we first came across Clear Quality, we were looking for a company to offer some guidance in transitioning from the old ISO 9001:2008 standard to the updated ISO 9001:2015 standard. Since working with Clear Quality we have found them to be very approachable and easy to work with. Darren, our consultant, made the transition from the old standard to the new one seamless with no issues at all.

As our relationship with Clear Quality has evolved, we have taken up several other services they offer such as staff training and most recently having Clear Quality grant us certification for the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This was a great experience we didn’t feel any pressure at all from Clear Quality throughout the whole process. If I was to describe the service we have received in one word it would be 'supported', we have always felt fully supported by everyone at Clear Quality.
