During a visit to their London location, Lisa Managbanag, Psemi’s Quality Assurance Manager, highlighted her exceptional customer experience. Darren not only provided valuable professional support but also went the extra mile by saving her from the often-confusing UK transport by offering rides to and from the hotel, purchasing Lisa a UK adapter for her electronics and sharing sweet snacks. Lisa expressed that Darren went “above and beyond, not only in regard to quality but just being a kind human being”.
