Midlands Building Control Consultancy Ltd (MBC) are a private sector approved Inspectors building control service, based in West Bridgford Nottingham. MBC was created by Managing Director Adrian Marshall who has over 25 years’ experience in Building Control in both the private & public sectors.

MBC’s main aim is to provide a practical and proactive common-sense approach to assist in your building project, whether domestic or commercial from the initial concept design through to completion and offer valuable advice that can save on your build cost.

MBC work in a heavily regulated industry and needed ISO in order to compete. However, what was important to MBC was to work with an ISO Consultant who had the same beliefs, truly understood what their company was about and what they wanted to achieve moving forward.

Through working with Clear Quality, MBC were able to quickly gain their ISO 9001: 2015 accreditation as well as working to implement a comprehensive auditing process to help any future internal or external audits.

Clear Quality have helped us gain IS0 9001 certification from BSI and helped us with our written procedures and quality management systems.

Gaining a certificated QMS also ticks all of the boxes required from CICAIR and our insurance under writers.

Clear Quality have also helped us with the internal auditing process within the company and also with external audits from CICAIR and BSI.
