About Charlotte

Charlotte provides a key support role for the team which encompasses developing training packages and maintaining the compliance of the apprenticeships.

She particularly enjoys the administration side of her role including signing up new apprentices and developing the enrolment packs to help them in their development of their training.

Since joining Clear Quality she has learnt lots of new skills with a view to establishing a long-term career with the company.

My achievements and qualifications

• Foundation degree in Travel and Hospitality Management
• Quality Practitioner level 4
• Mental Health First Aid

What I love to do in my spare time
