Chloe Wallace is a highly experienced HR consultant and accredited trainer in psychology and trauma-informed practice. Holding a post graduate level qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, to underpin her expertise across industries such as automotive retail and manufacturing, she brings a commercial and strategic approach to workplace training. Chloe specialises in fostering psychologically safe environments, tackling issues like power dynamics, unconscious bias, and workplace culture. Her training goes beyond legal compliance, equipping businesses with the tools to create meaningful, lasting change while ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace.

What I love to do in my spare time

Beyond HR, Chloe is a passionate advocate and activist. In 2023, she leveraged her HR expertise to found LIFT Yorkshire CIC, a not-for-profit community interest company. LIFT supports women who have been subjected to domestic abuse, offering employability support and financial well-being resources.
