About Malcolm

Malcolm spent 22 years in the Civil Service, progressing through a variety of largely employment and skills focused roles and programme management. Before focusing on his own consultancy business in 2019, Malcolm worked with EEF (now Make UK), Semta & the Manufacturing Growth Programme in various roles with responsibilities ranging from Education & Skills, Business Development, Policy & Representation, Information & Research and management and the delivery of numerous funded projects.

His extensive experience and contacts lend themselves to supporting Clear Quality in a business development consultancy capacity which involves lead generation and business introductions.
