About Vicki

Vicki’s responsibility and focus as the Quality and Funding Lead, for Clear Quality, is quality assurance and continuous improvement. She is also an EQA for two large awarding bodies, across the areas of leadership and management, education and teaching, T-Levels, employability, and digital learning. 

Vicki is highly experienced in further and higher education, specifically in online learning. She has spent 26 years in education, working with a variety of organisations in the areas of education, training, quality assurance, curriculum development, operational leadership, and management and implementing continuous improvement strategies. She has also 12 years management experience in industry, across the sectors of customer service, telecommunications, manufacturing, logistics, training and ISO9001.
