Sammi Wright, Skills Bootcamp In Quality Management

At IT Desk (UK) Ltd, Clear Quality’s Skills Bootcamp in Quality Management has been a game-changer for us. The programme is equipping Chloe with the knowledge and skills she needs to take over full responsibility for our internal audits and day-to-day Quality Management duties. This includes managing our Quality Management System (QMS) and meeting ISO requirements, allowing me to step back from my Quality duties. Ultimately, this will enable us to remove the need for external support during audits, which is a huge win for our business.

The programme has been instrumental in addressing some of the key skills gaps identified in our company’s Skills Matrix. Chloe’s progress to date been impressive. She has learned far more than she ever expected and now has a far greater knowledge and understanding of ISO processes, what ISO entails, why the company has it and why it is so important. I have no doubt that her capabilities will continue to grow as she moves through the programme. 
One aspect of the Skills Bootcamp that we’re particularly excited about is the optional “Introduction to Being a Trainer” e-learning module. With Chloe’s new role, she’ll occasionally need to train other members of our workforce, and this module will be invaluable in preparing her for that responsibility.
Clear Quality’s tailored and supportive approach has been fantastic, and the Skills Bootcamp has already started to deliver measurable benefits to our organisation. So much so, that we’ve enrolled another of our team, Steph, onto the next course.
