I want to share my opinion about Ed Johnson as my tutor during my Quality Practitioner Level 4 course. First, I want to say about Ed’s professionalism. All information and knowledge are given to me specifically and reliably. Second, I would like to compliment Ed’s communication skills. Ed’s, ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas is impressive. Thirdly, his positive attitude and enthusiasm make every lesson a pleasure to invest my time, and it contributes to a great team dynamic. Ed always established a positive atmosphere, and he has a great sense of humor. Finally, lessons are well structured, and his multimedia resources effectively enhance lessons. The way how Ed explains complex topics is clear, concise and engaging and it helped me understand the material.
