Darren from Clear Quality was a massive help to us in achieving ISO9001:2015. Without his help and knowledge, we would have struggled to implement all of the new requirements for the transition. Darren was extremely knowledgeable of the new standard, as well as being polite, punctual and understanding of our needs. Not only did he implement the new requirements, he also overhauled our existing quality system, making it much simpler and easier to understand for all the staff.
