"This module has really help Wells Motor Cars and myself to think about the future and what we want to be doing and how we are going to get there. The first step to this is starting to collect data so that we can see where we are improving and where we are not. I particularly enjoyed the KANO analysis and i think this is something that I would like to implement into the business in our annual review."
