The Care Quality Commission are the regulatory body that regulate the Care Sector. Our consultants have over 20 years’ experience in the nursing and care sector and will provide you with the support you need to prepare for a Care Quality Commission Inspection.

Our Lead auditors will support you to develop and continually improve your compliance management systems while ensuring you meet the specified requirements of CQC. 

We have 3 packages available to support our customers to meet CQC standards:

Gold

Package includes:

• 3-day initial audit and full report
• 1 day support and feedback session in service
• Follow up audits of 1 day including report writing every 12 weeks
• By monthly support calls with your auditor (max of 2 hours per call)
• Supporting documents booklet
• Compliance certification based on your mock audit results

Costings: £3250 per annum or monthly direct debit
Multi- home packages: 10% discount for each home

Silver

Package includes:

• 3-day initial audit and full report
• 1 day support and feedback session in service Follow up audits of 1 day including report writing every 12 weeks
• Compliance certification based on your mock audit results

Costings: £2500 per annum or monthly direct debit
Multi- home packages: 5% discount for each home

Bronze

Package includes:

• 3-day initial audit and full report
