International Women’s Day:

Celebrating International Women’s Day is important to us at Clear Quality, not just because we are a female owned business, and have a female Training Director, but because from starting up in 2017, we have taken on inspirational, intelligent, talented women of all ages who have been a large contributing factor to helping us grow from a small startup business, to where we are now working with over 250 business nationally supporting them with the creation, implementation, compliance, and certification of Quality management systems aligned to the requirements of the international standards “ISO”  along with  training individuals nationally and taking them through recognised, accredited higher-level courses .

Here are some of the success stories from the women in our business:

Debbie Whitehead, CEO:

As if building a successful company from the ground up isn’t achievement enough, Debbie went on to win an Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2021 and continues to be opening doors for Clear Quality Ltd. We have such exciting things happening in 2023 thanks to Debbie!

Bethan Rhodes, Training Director:

Beth came into the company a couple years ago and has built the training arm of the business using her own knowledge and experience, and now, as of last year, Clear Quality are on the ROAPT as a Prime Training Provider!

Charlotte Palmer, Compliance Manager:

Charlotte was an Apprentice herself when she started here at Clear Quality and has now grown into being the head of our Compliance Department. Charlotte was shortlisted for Barnsley and Rotherham’s Chamber of Commerce ‘Apprentice of the Year’ award and went on to win Glu Recruit’s ‘Office Hero’ Award in 2022.

Beth Green and Lucy-Mae Chance, Marketing and Compliance Apprentices:

Beth and Lucy-Mae joined Clear Quality in the September of last year, and in the short six months they have been with us, we have seen them grow into their roles and become confident within themselves. Thanks to these two (and our Sales Manager Sarah Ferriby) our social media pages are already smashing all the goals we have in place for 2023.

Natalie Cooper, Compliance Trainer:

Natalie started with us a couple weeks ago and has hit the ground running! Not only is she learning about the business and taking on new cohorts but is finding ways to improve and develop our processes to make our learners experience even better!

Lexi Hurt and Karen Taylor, ISO Consultants:

Lexi is our newest ISO Consultant who joined just before Christmas and has been shadowing our Specialist Karen Taylor. Karen is a phenomenal mentor to Lexi as she navigates her new role and is now confidently supporting on her own clients.

Caroline Pursglove and Terri Miller, ISO Consultants:

Caroline is currently going through EPA on her Quality Practitioner Level 4 course! Her qualification is not far away, and we are so happy at what she has achieved through the course. This qualification will add to Caroline’s wealth of knowledge and experience as an expert ISO Consultant. Starting from the New Year, Terri decided to move away from training and become an ISO consultant full time and both the ISO arm of the business and her clients could not be happier! Both Terri and Caroline continue to be a shoulder of support to each of their clients with implementing their chosen standard and supporting them through their audits.

Sarah Ferriby, Sales Manager:

Sarah is currently integrating a CRM into our business that is sure to make our services more efficient and uphold quality within our business. Alongside this, she is studying for her Quality Practitioner Level 4 qualification, mentoring our Marketing Apprentice Lucy, and helping her complete a successful campaign on ISO 27001.

This International Women’s Day looks a lot different from the last, as we now have a much larger team than we did in 2022!

This time last year we did not have an in-house marketing team, or even Apprentices, and to see Debbie’s journey with Clear Quality is amazing. We could not be prouder to work for her and the company.
