Could You Save a Life in an Emergency?

Imagine you’re out with friends or family when suddenly, someone collapses, unresponsive. Their heart has stopped beating. Would you know what to do? Would you have the confidence to act?

At Clear Quality, we believe everyone should have the chance to learn basic life-saving skills—because you never know when you might need them. That’s why we’re offering a FREE Basic Life Support (BLS) Training: CPR and AED course to our local community. This hands-on training will equip you with the essential skills to manage an emergency, perform CPR, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively.

Why This Matters to Us

Late last year, a close friend of our team suffered a sudden cardiac arrest while at a local pub. It was completely unexpected—one moment they were enjoying an evening out, and the next, they were fighting for their life. Thankfully, a quick-thinking emergency services worker was present and immediately started CPR, while others rushed to retrieve a defibrillator. Their fast actions meant that by the time emergency services arrived, our friend had a fighting chance. Today, they’re back home, recovering with their family—alive because someone knew what to do.

This experience was a wake-up call. Cardiac arrests can happen to anyone, at any time. But having the right skills can make the difference between life and death.

About the Course

We’ve partnered with a trusted training provider to deliver this interactive and practical training at Clear Quality’s Head Office in Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham. 

The course will cover:

🚑How to manage emergency incidents

🩹Understanding the priorities of first aid

🫀Performing high-quality CPR for adults and children

⚡When and how to use a defibrillator (AED)
