NAW Weekender 2025

As National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2025 comes to a close, we reflect on a week filled with inspiration, achievement, and a shared commitment to developing "Skills For Life." This year's theme emphasised the value of apprenticeships in equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge that benefit them throughout their careers.

Launch of NAW 2025: Embracing 'Skills For Life'

The week commenced with a big throwback. Last year, our Training Director, Beth Rhodes, had the privilege of contributing to the DFE’s Skills for Life Campaign, advocating for the transformative power of apprenticeships in shaping careers. This year's theme once again emphasised the value of apprenticeships in providing individuals with the skills, knowledge and practical abilities that benefit them throughout their careers. The initiative aimed to showcase how apprenticeships contribute to personal development and economic growth.

Employer Tuesday: Celebrating Success Stories

On Employer Tuesday, we turned the spotlight on the invaluable partnerships between our learners and their employers. Through a series of heartfelt testimonials, apprentices shared how their learning has facilitated professional growth, while employers expressed pride in nurturing talent both new and experienced. These testimonials highlight the benefits of apprenticeships and how Clear Quality are so determined in upskilling and amplifying individuals’ abilities.

Graduation Ceremony: Honoring the Class of 2024

A highlight of the week was our graduation ceremony, where we celebrated the achievements of apprentices who completed their apprenticeship programs in 2024. The event was filled with joy and pride as graduates received their certificates, marking the end of all their hard work and dedication. We do this yearly to show our appreciation towards our learners and take pride in all of them for their exceptional work. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our graduates and wish them continued success in their careers.

Apprenticeship Awards: Recognising Excellence

During our graduation ceremony we handed out awards to those who were nominated and won, they were chosen specifically by our expert panel of judges. Before we announce the winners, we want to express our thanks to the judges:

Spotlight Interview: Lucy's Journey from Level 3 to Degree Apprenticeship

We had the pleasure of interviewing Lucy, our Digital Marketing Officer, who shared her inspiring apprenticeship journey. Starting with a Level 3 apprenticeship, Lucy progressed to a course with Leeds Trinity University, BA (Hons) professional practical in digital marketing, showing the opportunities for advancement within the apprenticeship pathway. She discussed the rewards of her experience and how Clear Quality have always guided her, offering valuable insights for those considering a similar route.
